Aisha has worked in global organisations including Amazon and Omnicom (formerly IPG) and delivered for international clients such as Avantor and Zeiss.
In her last role as EMEA Head of Inclusion, she advised CEOs, HR leaders, and senior leadership teams on how to build inclusive cultures.
She has over a decade of experience in HR, diversity and inclusion, and complex programme management.
Aisha began her leadership journey as one of the Founders of Amazon UK’s first Black Employee Resource Group and went on to advise future leaders on how to deliver impact without authority.
Aisha is an award-winning thought leader recognised by the EMpower 100 Ethnic Minority Future Leaders list and Investing in Ethnicity's Top 8 Future Leaders. Aisha has also served on the Rugby Football League’s Inclusion Board.
