Aisha Suleiman is an award-winning diversity and inclusion leader, strategist and culture change consultant.
In recognition of her work in the diversity and inclusion space, Aisha has been included in lists such as the Investing in Ethnicity Top 8 Future Leaders and the EMpower 100 Ethnic Minority Future Leaders.
Aisha has worked with renowned global brands like Amazon. As Head of Culture and Inclusion at IPG Mediabrands, she uses her experience to help the company meet their inclusion commitments.
Aisha was one of the pioneering founders of Amazon UK’s Black Employee Network (BEN). She led the network as Chair while working as a Program Manager at the global company.
In 2022, Aisha launched True White Allies – a ground-breaking film project that shares the stories of historical White anti-racists from as early as the 1700s to inspire increased allyship and action.
Aisha was also a board member of the Rugby Football League’s Inclusion Board. She used her expertise to support the delivery of its Inclusion, Equality, and Anti-Discrimination plan.
