Hi! I'm Aisha. I teach HR, Diversity and Inclusion Leaders and Advocates how to drive inclusion in their organizations through effective Employee Networks.

Years ago I started my journey of building and running one of Amazon's Employee Networks in the UK. When I took this on, I had never started an employee network. I had no idea what I was doing. What I knew was that I wanted to contribute to diversity and inclusion at Amazon.

After I started the network, I started getting messages on LinkedIn from people who also wanted to start their own Employee Networks and were wondering how I did it.
I've created this program so you have a straightforward guide on how to start an Employee Network. This program is what I wish I had years ago.
